1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "prtoto," "we," "us," "our" refers to the online betting platform operating at prtoto.cam and all associated services.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses prtoto services.
• "Account" refers to the user profile created upon registration, containing personal information, transaction history, and betting activity.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products offered by prtoto, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any future offerings.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a gaming outcome through the prtoto platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in your Account for placing bets or withdrawing.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm user identity and eligibility.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and prtoto. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of prtoto Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use prtoto Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Indonesian law and international gaming regulations. We conduct age verification through our KYC process, and any user found to be underage will have their account immediately closed and funds forfeited.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not legally prohibited from gambling and that you are not accessing prtoto Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

prtoto Services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted and that you are not accessing our platform from any restricted territory.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances. You may not allow any other person to access your Account or use your credentials.

3.5 Personal Use Only

Your Account is for your personal recreational use only. Commercial betting, professional betting syndicates, betting on behalf of third parties, and using betting bots or automated systems are prohibited.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in our registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 KYC Verification

Upon registration and before your first withdrawal, you must complete our KYC verification process by submitting valid identification documents. Acceptable documents include Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address dated within the last three months, and a selfie holding your identification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify prtoto immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. prtoto is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.4 Account Information Accuracy

The name on your prtoto Account must match the name on your bank account, e-wallet, and identification documents. Deposits and withdrawals can only be processed to and from accounts in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

prtoto accepts deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other Indonesian banks) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual banks and e-wallets may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are processed within 5 minutes during banking hours and up to 24 hours during off-hours or weekends.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name
• Any bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal
• We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals

Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-30 minutes for verified accounts during Indonesian banking hours (WIB). First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for additional verification. prtoto does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose fees on their end.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

prtoto maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and may request documentation proving legal origin of funds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities. Funds derived from illegal activities will not be accepted, and accounts involved in money laundering will be terminated and reported.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

prtoto may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, maximum bet restrictions, and eligible games. These terms are published with each promotion and form part of this agreement.

6.1 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other users to exploit promotions, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses include wagering requirements that must be met before funds can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirements means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages are outlined in each bonus's terms.

7. Betting Rules and Game Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by our system. In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds, stake amounts, or bet acceptance, prtoto reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body. Bets on cancelled or postponed events will be voided unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate in real-time based on match developments. Live bets may experience brief acceptance delays due to transmission latency.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair outcomes. Game rules, including RTP (Return to Player) percentages, are available within each game's information section. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed when you reconnect, and the outcome will be recorded in your game history.

7.4 Maximum Payouts

prtoto reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, daily winnings, and progressive jackpots. Current limits are available upon request to customer support. Winnings exceeding these limits may be paid in installments.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing to transfer chips or funds to another player
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across platforms to guarantee profit
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Hacking or Exploiting: Attempting to circumvent security measures or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Insider Betting: Betting on events where you possess inside information not available to the public
• Fraudulent Documents: Submitting fake or altered identification during KYC verification
• Payment Fraud: Depositing funds using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets
• Match Fixing: Betting on events where the outcome has been illegally predetermined

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, prtoto, its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits or winnings
• Service interruptions or technical errors
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain security
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes subsequently corrected
• Third-party payment processor failures or delays

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with prtoto Services is to discontinue use and close your Account. By using our Services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless prtoto from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to completion of wagering requirements and verification procedures.

10.2 Termination by prtoto

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• You are found to be underage or ineligible to use our Services
• You exhibit signs of problem gambling and refuse assistance
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from creating future accounts.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which prtoto is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of prtoto Services shall be resolved through the following process:

2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution fails, submit a formal written complaint detailing the issue
3. Mediation: If the complaint cannot be resolved, the parties may agree to mediation
4. Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through the above steps shall be subject to binding arbitration

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against prtoto.
